Sage People has two different types of objectives for performance management processes: Objectives and Enhanced Objectives. If you are not sure which objectives your organization uses, check out this comparison.
Role: HR Administrator
As an administrator, there are some setup tasks you need to do in your org before you can start using enhanced objectives:
- Check you have completed Performance Management setup tasks.
- Enable enhanced objectives.
- Set policy options controlling automatically populated date fields in objectives.
- Configure picklist values for Category, Company Objective, and Priority fields.
- Optionally, add fields to or removing default fields from objectives.
- Optionally, add fields to objective reviews.
- Configure picklist values for the Progress picklist used in objective reviews.
- Optionally, customize emails.
- Optionally, set up action event emails for objectives.
- Optionally, add validation rules to objective fields.
