Role: HR Administrator
As an Administrator, there are some setup tasks you need to do in your org before you can start using Feedback:

Check you have completed Performance Management setup tasks.

Define the default visibility of feedback requests made by managers for their direct reports and cross reports.

Optionally, configuring templates for Feedback

Enable external feedback and configure a Salesforce site to enable sending of feedback requests to external contacts

Set up Action Events and email templates for email notifications

Set up a report for feedback requests with their questions and answers
