Note Setting up translations for process names is an advanced procedure that requires knowledge of Salesforce features such as Sandbox orgs, Apex classes, and Change Sets. The initial setup procedure should be carried out by a system administrator. If you are unsure, contact your support representative.
By default, WX Service and Process names are text strings which are displayed exactly as entered regardless of the language setting chosen for WX. In order to display translated labels for service and process names, some additional configuration is required.
Before you begin

Ensure you have a Sandbox org connected to your production org. This is needed to create and deploy Apex classes.

Ensure you have translated values available for the service and process names in your org in the languages you want to support.
