Enhanced Objectives - objectives score on the Team Objectives page
Sage People calculates the team objective score using the weights assigned to each objective and the scores given during objective reviews. The system only calculates this all objectives have weights. The combined score is an average of the individual objective scores if managers don't set a weight.
We've provided several scenarios below to give you examples of how this weighting works.
Amelia Watson has three objectives set:

Amelia's manager has set the weighting for objectives one and two at 40 each. The manager set the weighting for objective three at 20, making a total weight of 100

Amelia has reviewed objective one with her manager. The manager gave Amelia a score of 100% for that objective

After this score, Amelia's objectives show as still active, with 100% against the scoring so far

Amelia has now reviewed all of her objectives with her manager

The manager gave Amelia 100% for objective three

Amelia now has an overall objectives score of 80%
Alexandra Walker has three objectives set:

Alexandra's manager has set the weighting for objectives one and two at 50 each. The manager doesn't have a weight set for objective three, making a total weight of 100

Alexandra has reviewed objective one with her manager. The manager gave Amelia a score of 100% for that objective

After this score, Alexandra's objectives show as still active, with 100% against the scoring so far

Alexandra has now reviewed objective two with her manager

The manager allocated a score of 50% against objective two

Following this score, Alexandra's objectives show as still active, with 75% achieved against scoring so far
