There's a modern, employee-centric Org Chart and more intuitive performance experiences. We've enhanced recruitment controls and delivered smarter compensation planning. This release helps you work more efficiently while delivering a smoother, more reliable experience for your people.
As part of this release, our AI capabilities are advancing through the Early adopter phase. This brings assistive drafting and summarization in performance, and an agent that provides instant, contextual answers to HR and policy questions. Redesigned Org Chart experience (Early Adopter)
A redesigned, fully accessible, and responsive Org Chart experience makes understanding reporting lines, exploring organizational structures, and finding the right people easier. Currently available to Early Adopters - contact Customer Support to participate.
Voice of the Customer (VoC) enhancements
With our VoC initiative, we dedicate 40% of our resources to delivering the enhancements you’ve requested via the Customer Ideas Portal. View and vote on existing ideas already raised, check the status of an idea already submitted, or raise a new idea.
