Compensation Planning enhancements

We're delivering several Voice of the Customer (VoC) enhancements across Sage People Compensation Planning. These changes reduce manual effort, improve usability and make your compensation planning more efficient.

The enhancements improve your compensation planning experience by making your data easier to understand and work with. managers can see all column details, apply multi-column sorting, and filter across multiple fields. This gives you quicker comparisons and lets you make better informed decisions.

  • All column titles are now visible by default. You no longer need to increase column width manually and can Choose Columns to display

  • You can sort your data by any numerical, text or date column in addition to existing sorting capabilities. You can now compare team members or values against others more easily

  • You can save the choices you make when viewing your data. This includes choosing columns that display or pinning them

Tip The system saves your column selections automatically when you apply them. It then deletes the selections when you set the plan to Approved.
