WX2.0 Performance Feedback - enhancements and updates
We're delivering several improvements for Performance Reviews with the Sage Y26.1 release. They make the experience clearer, more predictable and easier to use.
You can now rely on a consistent view of recent feedback from the last 12 months. This makes it easier to understand current performance, with clearer labeling and more discoverable supporting information. Managers and team members can find relevant details quickly, while auto-expanding text fields improve readability and reduce scrolling.
We've also increased flexibility when creating objectives across different policies. This enables smoother goal-setting, saves time, and supports more efficient performance management workflows.
-
Recent Feedback is now always Recent feedback (past 12 months). We no longer consider performance review cycles. The system determines if this falls into the last 12 months by the date of the response, not the creation of the request
-
Managers can now create an objective for multiple team members who aren't on the same policy. This is unless a field set mapping exists for a policy that applies to the manager or team member
-
The default English label of the Show supporting information button now reads Show performance information. As a result, the buttons and sidebar titles use new custom labels:
-
Button_Show_Performance_Information
-
Button_Hide_Performance_Information
-
Global_Performance_Information
-
-
Text area fields now adjust automatically to increase height to match the text in the field. This applies across Performance Review pages, Objectives, Objectives tasks, and Feedback
-
We've fixed an issue with the rich text area in Continuous Feedback - you can now add a value to these fields
Recent feedback (past 12 months)
