All employees in your organization will have their own Team Member records. Your role as an HR Manager is likely to include maintaining the Team Member records for the employees who are your responsibility.
The Team Member page cannot be edited in-line in the Salesforce Lightning Experience. If you want to edit in-line, switch to the Salesforce Classic interface, or see if the field is available for editing in a Salesforce Lightning Experience list view.
