New Message

The New Message option adds a custom message to the form that is displayed when the form is completed. A message can only be added at form level. The option is unavailable unless a page or the form's parent object is selected.

Field Description
ID

Specify the following ID. This determines when the custom message is displayed:

  • completed: a message that is displayed when the form has been completed.

Note

Enter the ID exactly as displayed above, with all lower case characters.

When specifying a message to display when the form is completed, ensure you enter the New Message ID as "completed", all in lowercase, without quotation marks. If you enter "complete", the message is not displayed.
Value The text of the message that is displayed.
