Payslips
Payslips now has the redesigned WX look and feel. We've also included a new filter, to display only payslip for the selected year. For more information, see Payslips.
WX personalized greeting
IDEA-I-690
You can now use personalized greetings on your Sage People self service home pages:
The default value for the greeting is Hi or the local language equivalent, followed or preceded by the preferred name of the person viewing the page.
Your administrator can change the greeting for any of the packaged translations:
-
Go to Setup and in Quick Find enter Custom labels.
-
On the Custom Labels page sort by the Name column and find the Salutation label.
-
Select the Salutation name.
-
In the Packaged Translations section select Override next to the language you want to customize.
-
On the New Translation page enter the Translation Text you want to display in place of the default value.
-
Select Save.
Internal communications page
A maximum of 10 internal communications are displayed in the carousel. If there are 9 or more internal communications, a View all communications link displays. This takes you to a page where you can view all the internal communications.
Having a large number of internal communications makes WX slower to load. If you are experiencing long loading times, consider reducing the number of active internal communications.
Date display in WX
When dates are displayed in field sets in WX, the date format has been changed from the short format (for example: 2/2/2024) to the medium format (for example: Feb 2, 2024). The detail may differ, but in all cases the date will remain formatted appropriately for whatever locale they’re viewed in.
