Completing an interview assessment

When an interviewer is assigned to an interview they receive an email with a link to an interview assessment form. The content of the form is controlled by the criteria to be assessed by the interview. Criteria are chosen for each stage of a selection process when configuring the selection process for a Vacancy.

  1. Use the questions as prompts during the interview.
  2. Complete the Ratings for each criteria by selecting the picklists and choosing a rating.
  3. Add comments for each criteria.
  4. Add overall comments on strengths, weaknesses and any other issues.
  5. Select Save.
