Customizing options and labels

In order to tailor the service for different requirements, you can add further options for vaccination types, different test types, and add different reasons for exemption from vaccination.

You can also update default labels and text used for the Risk Mitigation process, to tailor the messaging for the needs of your organization. This text includes the interface labels presented to Team Members when they add test results and vaccinations, and the headings, confirmation messages, and hint text they see.

  2. Find the Personal Risk Mitigation Event object, and open Fields & Relationships.
