The Constraint Library stores the conditions applied to Templates. Each constraint defines a start date or an end date, or both start and end dates to control when an associated template can be used.
All conditions applied in a single constraint must be satisfied for the constraint to apply.
Multiple constraints can apply to a single template, in which case the template can be used when any of the constraints is satisfied.
Templates are stored in the Performance Review Templates library.
