People Management Workflow | Cross reporting manager access

Cross reporting managers have access to People Management Workflow for adding employment change requests for their cross reports if: 

• the Access Level in the cross reporting relationship is set to Edit. For more information, see Setting up cross reporting.

• the cross reporting manager type (Manager, Mentor, Project Manager, or Supervisor) has been granted access to the HR Requests WX process. For more information, see Cross reporting manager types.

• the Use People Management Workflow setting is enabled in the cross reporting manager's policy. For more information, see Policy options.
