What's new in Performance Coach and HR Assistant

The Y26.2 release is a milestone for Sage People with AI. Performance Coach and HR Assistant for HR teams are now generally available. This works alongside the controls you'll need to manage them - configuration, audit, and usage monitoring.

Sage People with AI requires a license and you'll set it up with assistance from our support team. To get started, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Area	Generally available in Y26.2 release
Performance Coach	AI-assisted development and operational objectives, refining objectives after creation, AI summaries of past performance reviews, and in-product feedback.
HR Assistant	Answers for HR teams grounded in your policies and employee data. Includes a source link on every answer, suggested follow-up questions, and documents you can reuse across policies.
Governance and visibility	Configuration by policy, session-level audit, feature-level usage analytics and Digital Wallet consumption monitoring. Enhanced consumption analytics package is available on request.

Settings marked as EAP (Early Adopter Program)

We've marked some Agentic Settings with theEAP prefix. These are new capabilities we're developing with customers in the Sage People with AI Early Adopter Program. We've switched them off by default. You'll enable them with our Early Adopter team, so you get the right setup and support from the start.

Note We designed settings prefixed with EAP to enable as part of the Early Adopter Program. We're still refining some features and they can have limitations. For this reason, we set them up and test them with you in your org before you use them. If you want to use these features, contact your Customer Support Manager about joining the program.
