Performance Coach helps employees and managers write better objectives and understand past performance reviews vaster. It works inside your existing processes in WX. AI helps with drafting and summarizing, and you stay in control of reviewing and approving.

AI-assisted objectives

  • Development and operational objectives - draft both with AI. Operational objectives focus on role performance and business outcomes. They use your manager's shared objectives as context where available

  • Refine after creation - improve, polish, or rewrite an objective after you save it or when you reopen an existing one

  • Add tasks to an existing objective - no need to create them at the same time as the objective

  • Clearer explanations - see what information shaped a suggestion. See what missing information can make it stronger

  • No duplicate suggestions - the system checks suggestions against existing objectives. This avoids overlap

  • Feedback in the flow - rate AI-generated content with a thumb up or down

Tip Suggestions for operational objectives are stronger when manager objectives are already in place and shared with direct reports. Set these up before your objective-setting cycle reopens.
