HR Assistant gives your HR team fast, conversational answers to HR questions. It combines the policy documents you upload with the employee records already in Sage People. HR Assistant also shows where every answer came from.

  • Grounded in your policies and data - answers use your policy documents. The system also checks employment, salary and bonus, dependents, emergency contacts, and passport and visa information. This is always within each user’s existing access permissions

  • A source on every answer - a link back to the document or record behind the answer. Allows you to check for accuracy

  • Upload once, reuse everywhere - share a document across multiple policies. Makes updates simpler and saves credits

  • Suggested follow-up questions - related questions help you explore a topic further
