Policy options

Option Description
Async Reporting

Checkbox. If checked, the Async Reporting process is active and can be enabled for WX users.

This option is not displayed on the Policy page by default. To add the option to the page:

  1. Go to the Policy object:

    • In Salesforce Lightning Experience, go to Setup > Object Manager, and select the Policy object.

    • In Salesforce Classic interface, go to Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects, and select the Policy object.

  2. Go to the Additional Policies Field Set: 

    • In Salesforce Lightning Experience, select Field Sets and then select Edit for the Additional Policies Field Set.

    • In Salesforce Classic interface, scroll down to Field Sets and select Edit for the Additional Policies Field Set.

  3. Drag and drop Async Reporting into the Field Set.

  4. Select Save.
