Recruit Noticeboard Images embedded in Rich Text fields require a sharing rule to enable display on the Candidate and Agency portals.
To add a Sharing Rule for the Recruit Noticeboard:

Open the Sharing Settings page:
- In Salesforce Lightning Experience go to Setup > Security > Sharing Settings
- In Salesforce Classic go to Setup > Administration Setup > Security Controls > Sharing Settings
- In the Manage sharing settings for: search box towards the top of the page select Recruit Notice to find the Related List for Recruit Notice Sharing Rules
- In the Related List select New.

Complete the fields as follows:

Label
A name for the Sharing Rule
Rule Name
Automatically created from the Label. The unique API name used for the Sharing Rule.
Description
A brief description of the Sharing Rule. The description is displayed on the edit page for the Sharing Rule.
Rule Type
Select Guest user access, based on criteria.
Criteria
Field: select Recruit Notice Name
Operator: select not equal to
Value: leave blank.
Leaving Value blank grants access to all Recruit Notice records where the Name is not blank, equivalent to all records because Name is a mandatory field.
Share with
Select the Guest User assigned to the portal site.
Access Level
Select Read Only.
- Select Save.
Sage People displays an advice message:
The recalculation of sharing access will continue in the background. You'll receive an email notification upon completion. Do you want to continue?
- Select OK.
A Processing complete notification email is typically sent by Salesforce to the user initiating the Sharing Rule within a few minutes.
