Enhanced Applying stage for the Candidate Experience Portal

As part of configuration to support the Candidate Experience Portal an Applying stage can be added as the first selection stage for new candidates. The Applying stage effectively acts as a draft stage for an application and enables a candidate applying through the portal to revise their application before final submission.

When a candidate is in the Applying stage, some of the automatic stage actions which can be set for other stages are not relevant and have now been hidden:

• Score For Auto Next Stage

• Auto Next Stage

An application in the Applying stage is not ready for automatic scoring or automatic allocation to the next stage of the selection process.

In addition, the Required Below Needs Auto Reject checkbox has been changed for the Applying stage so that it can be checked or unchecked as required; it was previously automatically checked and could not be unchecked.
