Internal Communications picklist deactivation

As announced with the Y23.3 release, the move to the revised WX self-service portal Homepage means that some tile type options for Internal Communications services will no longer be supported:

• External Website

• HTML

• KYP Game

• Rich Text

These tile types will be deactivated in the Y24.2 release, when all customers will be upgraded to the latest WX self-service portal. Until then, if you have not upgraded to the revised WX self-service portal, any Internal Communications services configured to use one of these tile types will continue to work.
