How do I find out which Salesforce release my org is running?

Find the Salesforce instance used by your org:

In Salesforce Lightning Experience, go to Setup > Settings > Company Settings > Company Information.
Instance is displayed in the Organization Detail section.

Select your Instance.

On the Status & Maintenance page the Release version is displayed next to the Instance name.
