Plan

You need Team Member level access supported by a dedicated Compensation Planning Team Member permission set to be able to contribute to the Compensation Planning process through WX. Plans can be for salary increases or bonus awards, or both.

Your administrator sets up each plan and adds you as a Planner, enabling you to enter values for your direct reports. Each Plan carries suggested values for awards, automatically calculated by a formula. Formulas can also be used to define who is eligible for an award, and who is excluded. Your role is to enter requested amounts or percentages for each eligible team member, adding comments for out of budget recommendations when necessary. Plans display cumulative totals as you enter values, enabling you to keep track of projected spend against budget.

Each Plan has a default layout, but you can move or hide columns for each planning session, enabling you to focus on the information that matters most to you.

Multi-layered organizations typically have nested plans, with each Planner taking responsibility for their direct reports. Every Plan has a top-level Planner who submits the completed Plan for onward approval and implementation.
